Consolidate energy bills across multiple sites
Termina brings every electricity, gas and LPG bill into one checked dataset for multi-site groups, whoever bills you, with your first 50 bills free.
Is there free software to consolidate energy bills across multiple sites?
In short: Termina brings every electricity, gas and LPG bill into one structured, checked dataset, whoever bills you, with an audit trail from email to export for AASB S2 reporting. It is built for multi-site groups. Free to start with your first 50 bills, or $0 when we run your procurement. Talk to us about more options.
Yes. Termina consolidates your first 50 bills on the platform free, and the full platform is free when we run your procurement. Consolidating means getting every bill from every retailer into one place, in one structure, and keeping it there. For a multi-site group that is bills in a dozen formats, on a dozen cycles, often locked in portals one person has the login for.
Termina is an Australian and New Zealand business energy procurement company and energy data platform. It works whoever you buy from: through Termina, through a broker, or direct from dozens of retailers.

How do you validate business electricity invoices for billing errors?
Check every bill before it counts. Termina does not just read and file bills. Each one is checked that it adds up, tested against your contract where we hold it, and flagged when something does not line up.
Extract
Every line item off the PDF: meter, account, address, period, usage by tariff band, supply and demand charges.
Check it adds up
The bill is re-added against its own total.
Check the rates
The rates are tested against your contract, where we hold it.
Flag the field
Anything that fails is marked for review, not hidden.
Apply the factor
The right emissions factor for each fuel and each grid.
Keep the provenance
The source bill sits behind every figure.
What changes when energy bills are consolidated?
The chasing stops. Bills come to Termina instead of to a dozen inboxes, and every team works from one dataset instead of its own spreadsheet.
| Collected by hand | Consolidated in Termina | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting the bills | Chasing retailers, portals and finance for missing PDFs | Bills come straight from your retailers once you authorise us |
| Format | A dozen retailer layouts, keyed in by hand | One structure for every bill, site and fuel |
| Checking | Whatever someone has time for | Every bill re-added against its own total, and flagged where it needs review |
| Changing retailer | History scattered across old portals | History stays in one place |
| Audit trail | Rebuilt at reporting time | Every figure links back to the bill it came from |

Does an energy management platform need hardware at my sites?
Not this one. Termina runs on what your retailers already produce: you upload once, authorise us once, and every bill after that arrives by itself. The first automatic bill takes 30 to 45 days.
Upload once
Upload a bill, or a year of them, as the PDF from your retailer. No template and no reformatting, and you see your data the same day.
Authorise once
Sign one authority and we update the billing contact with each of your retailers, so every bill after that comes straight to Termina.
Bills arrive by themselves
Retailers usually confirm within about a week. The first automatic bill lands on your next billing cycle, 30 to 45 days after you authorise us.
Checked, then exported
Every bill is re-added against its own total, tested against your contract where we hold it, and flagged where it needs review. Then export it, or report from it.
Nothing about your supply changes. A new billing contact is not a new retailer. See how the free tier works.
Is there a free energy bill platform?
Yes. Free to start with your first 50 bills, or $0 when we run your procurement. Talk to us about more options.
Free when we run your procurement
$0 for the platform when Termina runs your procurement. Every site, bill and fuel in one place, bills validated, and data that stays yours.
Free to start
Your first 50 bills are free. That is roughly a year of monthly bills across four sites, enough to test the data on your own portfolio before you commit anything to it.
More options: talk to us
Want the platform without procurement, or more than your first 50 bills? Talk to us about the options. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first.

What else do teams ask about consolidating energy bills?
Which fuels and identifiers does Termina handle?
Electricity, gas and LPG, keyed on NMI and MIRN in Australia and ICP in New Zealand. Embedded network bills are handled too.
What fields are extracted from each bill?
NMI, MIRN or ICP; retailer and account; supply address; billing period and supply days; peak, off peak and shoulder usage; controlled load; demand in kW or kVA; the daily supply charge; network and market charges; and GST by line item. Unbundled commercial bills break out network and environmental scheme charges separately.
Can Termina find billing errors on my invoices?
It flags them. Every bill is re-added against its own total and, where we hold your contract, the rates are tested against it, so a bill that does not add up is marked for review rather than passing silently into your numbers.
Does it work if I do not buy energy through Termina?
Yes. Consolidation works whoever you buy from. Having your bills sent to us is a change of billing contact, not a change of retailer.
Is Termina carbon accounting software?
No. Termina supplies the clean energy data underneath your carbon accounting: Scope 1 and 2 by site and period, exported into whatever you already report from.
Can I export my energy data?
Yes. Export to CSV, Excel or JSON in one click, straight into your carbon accounting or BI tool, or pull the same data through the API into BigQuery, Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau.
Do I have to upload every bill?
No. Upload your first bills if you want to see the data today. Once you authorise us, we update the billing contact with each of your retailers, so every bill after that comes straight to Termina. The first automatic bill takes 30 to 45 days, because it lands on your retailer's next billing cycle.
How much does the Termina platform cost?
Free to start with your first 50 bills, or $0 when we run your procurement. Talk to us about more options. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first. The details are on our pricing page.
See whether your data comes back clean
Upload a handful of bills and look at what comes out. Your first 50 bills on the platform are free, and the platform is free when we run your procurement.
