How do energy brokers like Leading Edge Energy get paid?
Most Australian energy brokers are paid by the retailer, as a commission built into the rate you pay. Termina is paid only from a share of the savings it finds.
A commission-paid broker
Paid by the retailer that wins your contract. The commission usually sits inside your unit rate, so it never shows as a line on your bill.
Termina
No retailer pays us anything. Our only income is a share of the savings we find, and every rate we quote is already after our share.
