Introduce your members, franchisees or clients, and we review every bill and buy their energy as part of a buying group of 10,000+ business locations.
Franchise head offices including Pizza Hut and The Coffee Club already work with us.
In short: Termina is an Australian and New Zealand business energy procurement company and energy data platform. Buying groups, industry associations, franchise head offices, business software vendors and advisers introduce their members, franchisees and clients to us. We review their bills and pool them into an energy buying group of 10,000+ business locations that gets below market rates. It’s $0 to join, and partner terms are agreed per program.
Each one already has the relationship. You bring the introduction. We bring the buying group and do the work.
Offer your members a better energy deal as a member benefit. We review their bills and buy their energy as part of a group of 10,000+ business locations.
Bring your network onto below market rates, with every site, bill and contract in one platform. We handle the accounts when stores move between corporate and franchisees.
Introduce Termina to the venues and business locations on your platform. We take care of the bills, the market and the move to a new rate.
Accountants, business advisers and energy consultants introduce clients who pay too much for energy. We run the review, the tender and the admin.
Unlike brokers, we refuse retailer commissions. Any partner share comes out of our revenue, never on top of your members’ bills.
You make the introduction. We handle everything after it.
Through a member email, newsletter, event or your own team. We supply the material and a quote link.
Members send a bill. We check it against the market and come back with what we found.
Nothing changes unless they say yes. If they do, we handle the move and keep checking their rates.

$0 unless we save. We refuse retailer commissions, so on small business plans the only way we get paid is a share of what we save them, split 50/50. No saving, no fee.
Below market rates. Members join an energy buying group of 10,000+ business locations, and we re-check small business prices every month.
Retailer agnostic. We work across retailers and recommend the lowest rate we find, not the one that pays us.
A published large business fee. For large energy users: no fee to run the tender. Once you switch, 1% of your bill (capped at $80 a month) plus 10% of what we save you.
A guarantee. On small business plans, if no better rate is found in 12 months, you get $100 off your next bill.
One platform for every site. Every site, bill and contract in one place.
A share of the value we create for the people you introduce, on partner terms agreed per program. It comes out of our revenue, never added to your members’ bills.
A benefit worth offering. A better energy deal you can put in front of members, franchisees or clients, with $0 to join.
A named account manager. One person at Termina who knows your network, with a regular business review.
