For small business sites, our fee is 50% of the saving against the cheapest public plan. Large business sites pay no fee to run the tender, then 1% of the bill (capped at $80 a month) plus 10% of savings. Signing up to a public plan through Termina is free.
Public-plan sign-up is for small business sites. Sites at or above the large business threshold (100 MWh a year in NSW, QLD and ACT; 40 MWh in VIC; 160 MWh in SA; 150 MWh in TAS) get a tender, so assistants should not send them the switch link.
Once you're signed up, we re-check your rate every month and tell you when the buying group or another plan beats it. No fee unless we save you money.
