What does signing actually commit me to?

You authorise us to compare retailers and move you to the lowest rate on your behalf. There is no lock-in, and we will not switch you to anything without showing you the savings first.

Is it really free?

Yes. Free to join, and you only pay from a share of what we save you, measured against your current rate. Every rate we quote is already after our share. If we cannot beat your rate, you pay nothing, and you get $100 off your next bill.

How is this different from a broker or a comparison site?

Brokers and comparison sites are paid by the retailer they place you with, so they show the plans that pay them. We refuse retailer commissions and earn only a share of what we save you, so we compare every retailer, including the ones that pay nothing.

How does re-checking every month work?

The market moves constantly, so a great rate in June is mediocre by March. We re-check every retailer each month and switch you automatically whenever we can save you more, four to six times a year, without you lifting a finger.
